Robin Lawrence has been with the company for forty years and has a vast knowledge of antiques across the board. The family business was passed down from his father when he retired in 1998 and Robin continues to lead Lawrences in a truly professional manner, offering a wealth of knowledge combined with a personal service and friendly attitude
Director - Auctioneer / Company Secretary
Sarah has been with Lawrences for over thirty years. She initially joined as a secretary and has worked her way up to the position of co owner/director. Sarah can be found running the administration/office and accounting as well as auctioneering on sale days

David has been with Lawrences for over thirty years, he has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the valuation and identification of antiques. David now works for us part time carrying out valuations and auctioneering on our sale days
Secretarial / Admin
Tracey has been with us for over fifteen years and assists in all aspects of administration/office duties. She oversees the smooth running of diaries and auction catalogue production. During an auction Tracey can be found on the rostrum clerking for the auctioneer as well as being involved in all aspects of administration and client liaison
Head Porter
Mick has been with the company for many years and oversees the efficient management and day to day running of all aspects of the saleroom.
Valuer
Philip Rhodes joined the company as a saleroom porter in 2001. His enthusiasm and keen interest over the years has seen him progress to the position of valuer
Porter
Jack worked part-time in the saleroom as a porter for many years and has now joined us full time. On a busy auction day in addition to portering , Jack can be found running one of our busy live bidding platforms.

Jake began helping us out with part time work in 2022, he has now joined the team full time as a saleroom porter.

Nigel runs the company C & N Lawrence providing transport for local collections and deliveries. He can also undertake house clearance and removals.
