19th Century mahogany cased wall regulator clock by J & T Foster, Manchester, the circular 13in dial with Arabic and Roman numerals, subsidiary hours and seconds dials and a sweep minute hand, the single train movement with mercury compensated pendulum, height 165cm
There are four pillars, one in each corner.
The bolt to the underside of the seat board to one side has been replaced and the wood has cracked and has been cut out with an additional metal plate added for further strength. This would all need addressing if the clock was going to be re-sold.
